How We Work
Establishing a new look for your company image can be a trying, but important task. We try to streamline this process, to make it as easy as possible. With over 20 years of graphic design experience, Hot Custom Signs, will turn innovative ideas into head turning visual statements that can help set your company apart and above your competition.

First Step
Although we can handle walk-in traffic most of the time, you still might want to make an appointment to discuss your new company image. We like to first get an idea of your desired image, the type of business, color likes and dis-likes and budget.

Deposits are taken towards logo design or sign order and then, a second appointment will be made for you to discuss the design concept Hot Custom Signs has created for your company. After final design is agreed upon, we will schedule an appointment for vehicle, sign order, and/or apparel to expedite the execution of your order. Please allow yourself to be open to professional guidanced through this whole process.

The deposit for creating a new logo for your company, is only a small design fee to get your new company image started, and does not give you ownership to the new design. A full LOGO package can be bought at a completely seperate price from vehicle lettering, sign order, etc. Due to "artwork stealing" by other companies over the past few years, Hot Custom Signs can no longer allow any designs or drawings to leave , unless they have been payed for in full and ownership transfers to your company.

Keep in mind if your company, already has a logo, we will be happy to apply that to whatever advertising needs your company requires.

Final Step
All vehicles need to be washed, not waxed and delivered the day before their appointment if possible. Upon drop-off a quick review will be made to all information, so that work can proceed. Full balance is due upon completion, pick up, delivery, or installation of any work that is performed by Hot Custom Signs. unless prior arrangements have been made.
